YouTube copyright claim for using YouTube Features rightfully

The fifteen seconds YouTube shorts which allows video uploader to select any song from YouTube music gallery to be used for 15 seconds does not assure of recieving no-copyright claim.
One of the video post uploaded by Google News Publication YouTube channel recieved a copyright claim using the 15 seconds YouTube shorts option.
The claim was for using the audio from the YouTube audio gallery and name of the music album is "CELTIC WARRIOR."
The uploader disputed the claim and is more than a day that the copyright claim is not been removed by YouTube.
YouTube channels are advised to be alert and contact the YouTube customer or dispute their say against the copyright claim.
YouTube needs to restructure their policies and have a clear understanding about their service relating to YouTube shorts with regards to the fair usage of music.
